You’re so polite, thank you! I did answer about it some time ago, but I don’t have much to say. It’s a mediocre romcom which is totally shoujo manga style. So those who like average shoujo anime will enjoy it. I love both Eun-hye and Jihoon, so i finished it. It had enough funny moments and was rather entertaining. Though it was dragging with the melodramatic and childish problems for too long. But the extra hot kiss where it looked like Jihoon was going to eat Eunhye up made it worth it. I actually watched this drama because of those gifs.

Do you believe that if SE were together instead of SC when Stefan went on the run from Rayna that he would ever be with Valerie? Either S broke up with E because she's human and he might be gone years or the same SC situation where S sends letters but E doesn't read them. I don't believe Stefan would try to be with anyone else. If SC are supposed to be "better than true love" then how could S try to move on when someone external was keeping them apart? Same with C of course, but 1/2

If Stefan and Elena were together when the whole “hunter” storyline happened then Elena would be on the run with Stefan. I mean he’d leave without her and do this whole dance

and either leave when she’s sleeping or leave right away so she can’t follow him and keep it pushing and then one day, like a month or so later, he’s going to turn around and it’s going to be like

like EVERY TIME Stefan tries to shut Elena out or says you shouldn’t be here her reaction is:

so it stands to reason then it would be exactly the same with this and then she’s going to look at him like YOU KNEW I WAS GOING TO COME WITH YOU SO WHY EVEN RUN?

and if Elena physically couldn’t be on the run because of she had kids or whatever then a) Stefan would’ve been way more involved in that pregnancy than he was with Caroline and that is just a fact b) Rayna would’ve been dead the minute she got in between him and Elena because every time it comes to Elena, Stefan takes action.

When Elena and Stefan broke up because of Katherine,

He fights Katherine and she’s incapacitated in the very next episode

When Stefan deems Julian responsible for Elena’s death

He’s dead in the same episode

The whole SL would’ve gone down differently if it was SE and the show wrote to SE canonically.

things I noticed while watching Hill House

1. Nell’s name sounds like Knell as in death knell which is rung to signify a death or a funeral…doesn’t seem like a coincidence. And it’s a bit ironic that Olivia Crain’s nickname is Liv…like Live. And lastly I don’t know if this is a stretch but Theodora’s name mean’s God’s gift and she definitely has some unique talent.

2. when we first get a look at Nellie’s corpse, I thought the markings on her face were kind of strange and eerie. I thought it was weird that if she died by hanging that it would make those marks. But then when I saw Luke again it made me realize that he suffered injuries in the exact same locations on his face when he was being beat up and mugged. The twin thing :0

2019 blessed us with many intriguing kdramas with unique stories, don’t you think? I’m bored during quarantine and decided to post this. Anyways, here are my favs:

1. Vagabond

There, this picture says it all: this drama is fast paced, SO intense, and on fire. I love every minute of it! Vagabond is different than another kdramas. I’m not lying when I say this drama literally makes me cry and scream. Sometimes I even had to pause in the middle of episode just to catch my breath lol. The plot is well written and full of unpredictable storylines (which is what I love the most about Vagabond–that every episode always has a way to surprises me). Although, many viewers disappointed with how they ended Vagabond with a cliffhanger. I, too, really hope they consider making the second season to satisfy our curiosities. But either way, I don’t regret watching this drama. Not at all. Because this drama is too amazing

2. When the Camellia Blooms

Unlike majority of romance kdramas, this drama’s love story is centered around a young woman who raises her child on her own. I gotta say, this is one high quality kdrama. I could even judge it from its lovely opening video. Every episode always has meaningful messages behind it. The storylines are rich and presented in such a way that makes viewers immersed in the stories and emphatize with the characters. First, they make us understand Dongbaek’s dark past and her struggle as a single parent, then they make us emphatize with Dongbaek’s son who grow up without a dad figure. We also get to see the perspectives of her mom & Yong Sik (the lead guy)’s mom as mothers, the issues faced by side characters, and conflicts that arise from triangle love story. In addition, they also involved mistery of murderer in the stories! Can you believe how many of these can we swallow in one drama? One time this drama is heartbreaking, then it’s heartwarming, another time it gets super dark.

Also, what I find many viewers love from this drama is how Yong Sik cherishes Dongbaek and love her for what she is, which is why I concluded this drama is perfect for woman who feels insecure. Why? Because with the way Yong Sik endlessly convinces Dongbaek, he reminds us that every woman is good enough, deserves to feel loved and receive happiness. And I love him for that.
